This initiative was started by a student studying Early Childhood Education in Australia, inspired by her personal experience. During her studies, she found it difficult to find an education-related part-time job that would utilize her professional background while being flexible and allowing her to gain experience. Meanwhile, many families face similar challenges—wanting to find a cultured, caring companion who truly understands children, but not knowing where to look.

So we created Mini-Teach, a platform connecting education-background students with family needs, aiming to create a truly "win-win" ecosystem. We hope this is not just a platform for finding people, but a community that supports growth, exchanges experiences, and progresses together.
